I’ve been on both sides of performance.

I’ve led teams inside organizations where performance decisions were made, and I’ve been on the receiving end of those same decisions.

What I learned changed how I see performance entirely:
Most performance challenges aren’t strategy problems.
They are pattern problems under pressure.


The Challenge

High performers don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.
They struggle because:

  • Stress changes how they think and respond
  • Habits override intention
  • The same reactions show up… even when they don’t want them to

That gap between knowing and doing is where most growth efforts fail.


Methods

My work focuses on closing that gap using a structured, short-term approach called the 3R HUMAN PERFORMANCE OS™ – built around the concepts:

Regulate → Reflect → Respond

Instead of adding more information, we:

  • Regulate the nervous system (so change is possible)
  • Identify the patterns underneath behavior
  • Rewire responses so performance becomes consistent

This is where tools like structured hypnosis, pattern work, and behavioral frameworks come together practically, not abstractly.

Association of Missouri Mediators:

The Association of Missouri Mediators was formed in 1998 as an educational and networking organization to connect mediators across the state of Missouri and share information on the process of mediation with the public. Nathan is certified in Basic Civil Mediation (Mo. Rule 17) and Family Law Mediation (Mo. Rule 88).
