F.A.Q.
A natural psychological state of increased relaxation and focused attention.
Absolutely. When practiced by a trained and qualified professional, hypnosis is considered a safe complementary therapy. It is not a form of mind control; you cannot be forced to do anything against your will, and you are not asleep or unconscious. You can’t be forced to do anything under hypnosis that you would find objectionable under normal circumstances.
No, you remain fully aware and in control at all times. Hypnosis is a state of consent and cooperation. The hypnotist guides you into relaxation, suggesting thoughts and imagery for concentration. You can end your physical and mental relaxation at any time.
You do not lose control or reveal personal secrets under hypnosis unless you wish to do so.
The Enneagram is a personality framework that identifies nine interconnected personality types, each defined by a core fear, core desire, and distinct worldview that influences their behavior, motivations, and relationships.

Derived from the Greek words “ennea” (nine) and “gramma” (something written), it uses a nine-pointed diagram to illustrate how these types are related and can evolve over time. The system provides a framework for self-awareness, personal growth, and understanding others by revealing underlying psychological motivations.
The Enneagram is often misunderstood as a rigid personality test, a tool for profiling others, or a fixed classification. In reality, it’s a system for personal growth that emphasizes self-reflection and core motivations over superficial behaviors. While behaviors can offer insights, a person’s core fears, desires, and motivations are more indicative of their Enneagram type.
Mediation is a structured conversation led by a neutral third party who helps people talk through conflict, explore options, and when possible, reach mutually acceptable agreements. The mediator doesn’t make decisions for you; you stay in control of the outcome.
In most cases, yes. Mediation is designed to be a private, good-faith conversation where people can speak openly without worrying that every word will be used against them later. In Missouri, mediations are generally non-binding unless the parties choose to put their agreements into writing and sign them. At that point, the written agreement can become binding once it’s finalized with your attorneys and/or the court.
Mediators do not provide legal advice or represent either party. Even when you choose private mediation, it’s usually wise for each person to have their own attorney to answer legal questions, review any proposed agreements, and help you understand your rights and obligations before you sign anything. Mediation is a complement to legal advice, not a replacement for it.
All sessions are personalized and may integrate:

- Pattern mapping and self-awareness (Enneagram)
- Nervous system awareness and regulation

The methods adapt to you.
The goal is simple: help you move forward in a way that actually works.
